Shareholder Benefits
Twice a year, shareholders are provided with shareholder benefit discount coupons that can be used in Japan at Sushiro restaurants, Sugitama restaurants, and at all restaurants operated by Kyotaru Co., Ltd. (with the exception of some branches). The shareholder benefit discount coupons can be used in conjunction with other discount coupons.
Starting with the shareholder benefits to be issued in December 2024, the discount coupons will be issued in electronic form rather than printed. The Company is no longer able to issue printed discount coupons.
Shareholder Benefit Discount Coupons
Eligible Shareholders
Shareholders listed on the shareholder register as of September 30 (end of the fiscal year) and March 31 (end of the interim period) each year who hold 1 unit (100 shares) or more of shares are eligible.
Long-term Shareholding
Shareholders listed on the shareholder register as of September 30 or March 31 seven consecutive times (three years or longer) under the same shareholder number, who hold 1 unit (100 shares) or more of shares are deemed long-term shareholders. Long-term shareholders are awarded a discount coupon worth 1,100 yen in addition to the regular discount coupons based on the number of shares held.

※Important Information※
Please note that if your shareholder number has changed due to a change to your securities account or other reasons, even if you have held shares for three years or more, you will not be eligible as a long-term shareholder.
Gift Amounts
Shareholders will be given shareholder benefit discount coupons twice a year based on the number of shares held and the number of years of continuous shareholding.

Amounts of Shareholder Benefit Discount Coupons That Can Be Applied as a Discount
For every 1,100 yen (tax incl.) of the bill, 550 yen of the discount coupon can be used as a discount.
*When exchanging their points for electronic tickets, shareholders can choose from two types of shareholder benefit discount coupons, coupons worth 550 yen and 1,100 yen respectively.

Notes on Use
- The discount coupons are redeemable at the following restaurants (in Japan only)
- ・All Sushiro restaurants
- ・All Sugitama restaurants
- ・All restaurants operated by Kyotaru Co., Ltd. (with the exception of some branches)
- *Check here for a list of the Kyotaru restaurants where the discount coupons are redeemable.
- The discount coupons are redeemable at any time of day during the business hours of the applicable restaurant.
- The discount coupons can be used in conjunction with other discount coupons.
If the actual bill is 1,100 yen (tax incl.) or more, the shareholder benefit discount coupon can be redeemed even if the bill after applying the other discount coupon is 1,100 yen or less. - Expired discount coupons cannot be redeemed.
- Change cannot be provided for discount coupons, and they cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The discount coupons cannot be used in conjunction with pick-up orders arranged online or online payments for various delivery services.
Acquisition and Use of Electronic Shareholder Benefit Discount Coupons
Printed Guide for Electronic Shareholder Benefit Discount Coupons
In late June and late December of each year, eligible shareholders will be mailed printed guides. Please keep the guide in a safe place to avoid losing it, as it contains a QR code, URL, ID and password for login.
Steps for Obtaining Your Shareholder Benefit Discount Coupons
- Access the website using the URL or QR code
- Enter your ID and password at the login screen and click [ログインする] (“Login”)
- After logging in, the number of points you have earned based on the number of shares you hold is displayed.
Select a discount coupon to be redeemed for points - Set the number of coupons you wish to redeem and click [交換する] (“Redeem”). (1 point = 1 yen)
- Click [商品を確定する] (“Confirm Selection”) to complete the redemption process
* You can check the shareholder benefit discount coupons you have obtained from the [交換商品を使う] (“Use Redeemed Benefit”) item under [マイページ] (“My Page”) at the top-right of the screen.

About used processing
Used shareholder benefit discount coupons will not be automatically displayed as [利用済] (“Used”) in the list of redeemed benefits. Please keep track of the coupons you have used yourself.
*If you have mistakenly designated a coupon as used, you can remove the “Used” check from [利用済み商品] (“Redeemed Benefits”).
