Social Media Policy


We, FOOD & LIFE COMPANIES Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), have established the following Social Media Policy, which outlines our basic stance regarding the participation of our executives and employees in social media and the operation of our official social media accounts.

1. We will comply with all applicable national and local laws, regulations and social norms, as well as our own related company rules.

2. We will listen to customer feedback and disclose information so that participating customers can have as beneficial an experience as possible.

3. We will take responsibility for the information we send and respond to, and strive to avoid any misunderstandings.

4. We will not infringe on the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, and trademark rights), portrait rights, or any other rights of third parties, and will take sufficient consideration of privacy, etc.

5. We will understand and utilize the characteristics of digital tools, such as the fact that information is transmitted instantly and cannot be undone.

6. As people of good common sense, we will communicate in a moderate manner.
