Code of Conduct
1. Compliance with Laws, Regulations and Social Norms
We comply with laws, regulations and social norms and conduct business based on our principles.

4. Building Fair Relationships

7. Establishment and Maintenance of a Compliance System

- In order to ensure sound corporate management, we will implement the Compliance Policy and the rules that COMPANIES have formulated based on it (collectively, the “Policies, etc.”).

- If anyone working at COMPANIES discovers any violation of laws and regulations, inappropriate conduct, or other conduct that violates this policy in relation to the business, they must not overlook it and must report or consult with the company or the internal reporting hotline. COMPANIES will also protect those who report or consult with us and will not subject them to any disadvantage.
- If COMPANIES discovers any actions or circumstances that violate or may violate this Policy, etc., it will immediately take corrective measures and work to resolve the issue.
- The Sustainability Committee will regularly review the Code of Conduct in terms of its content and effectiveness and report the findings to the Board of Directors to receive its supervision.
This policy will be established and revised upon the approval and resolution of the Board of Directors.
