Currently, more than 40,000 people of all nationalities, genders and ages work at Sushiro stores across Japan. One of F&LC’s guiding principles in its corporate philosophy is “Diversity is based on individuality,” and the company believes that it is precisely in a workplace that accepts diversity and allows everyone to demonstrate their individuality and work in their own way that individuals can grow and new value is created.
