FOOD & LIFE COMPANIES Co., Ltd. (Head office: Suita City, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Mizutome Koichi; hereinafter referred to as F&LC) has recycled the acrylic partitions used to prevent droplets from spreading that were installed at Sushiro stores across Japan during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition, some of the collected partitions were upcycled into 3D puzzles for educational toys, which were donated to children living in facilities in Osaka Prefecture through the Osaka Prefectural Social Welfare Council on August 21. F&LC will continue to conduct business activities that are considerate of the environment, while also working to contribute to the local community.
