Our group began in 1984 when the chefs of the standing sushi restaurant “Tai Sushi” in Abeno, Osaka, founded the business that would become the predecessor of the current kaiten sushi restaurant “Sushiro”, with the desire to “make delicious sushi available to as many customers as possible”. Today, the company has added brands such as “Kyotaru”, “Kaiten-sushi Misaki”, and “Sugidama”, and is aiming for further growth, not only in Japan but also overseas in places such as Asia and North America.
Sushi is popular all over the world, and it is a Japanese food that will continue to increase its presence as a global food in the future. Our group aims to become a brand that people think of when they think of sushi, and we also aim to be a presence that can deliver delicious food and smiles to customers in a variety of situations in Japan through brands such as Kyotaru, Kaiten-sushi Misaki, and Sugidama. In addition, we will strive to continue to provide better experience values to customers around the world while maintaining a sense of unity as a seamless One Company throughout the entire group.
