- A Shift-work System That Enables People to Continue Working for a Long Time — Our Oldest Senior Worker Is 89 Years Old.
- At F&LC, many senior staff members aged 60 or over are working actively. This includes people who have been working with us for more than 30 years and people who continue to work energetically at 80 years of age or older. Our shift-work system with a minimum two-day work a week allows these staff members to continue working at their pace for a long time.
- No Age Limit on Job Applicants
- We do not impose age limits on part-time job applicants. Many people have chosen our company as their place to work after mandatory retirement. Because experience in cooking or customer service is not required, they can try new jobs regardless of their age.
- A Workplace Where People Are Energized by Co-workers with a Wide Range of Ages
- At our restaurants, senior staff members work with people from different age groups, talking and communicating with them. Many of them say that working with much younger people, including high school and university students, energizes them. Our workplaces enable people to have job satisfaction, allowing staff members to interact and cooperate with many co-workers to make customers smile.

- An Environment Where Workers Are Assessed Based on Their Performance, Regardless of Age
- Our work environment, where achievements are evaluated fairly, motivates people to work actively regardless of their age. One of our employees won first prize in our internal competition after mandatory retirement. It is encouraging for young employees to see much senior employees continue to work hard.

System That Allows You to Continue Working Even After Retirement -
We have systems which permit employees to continue working with us after mandatory retirement in comprehensive consideration of individuals’ capabilities and the desires of each employee. We have temporary senior employees who continue to work on the front lines as restaurant managers as they did before their mandatory retirement. We also have employee who have continued to work under part-time employment contracts.
