The Success of Diverse Human Capital

At F&LC, diverse human resources are playing active roles
regardless of their gender, age, nationality, race, ethnicity, ability and other attributes.

Employees with diverse personal qualities, including senior employees, students, International employees, female employees and employees with disabilities, have been playing active roles since before we set the promotion of DE&I as one of our Principles.
This reflects a belief that we have held since our foundation: Keeping co-workers smiling and bringing profit to the company are important for satisfying customers.
