KYOTARU
For over 90 years since our founding in 1932, KYOTARU has continued to operate as a specialty shop for takeout sushi. From our signature “Chakin Sushi” to pressed sushi and rolls that showcase the skill of our artisans, we offer a colorful selection of sushi that blends traditional Kamigata-style sushi with contemporary flair.

MISAKI
Based primarily in the Kanto region, MISAKI is a gourmet conveyor-belt sushi restaurant renowned for its “Special Red Rice,” made with aged sake lees.
Featuring fresh fish and premium bluefin tuna delivered directly from Toyosu, some locations offer sushi carefully hand-rolled piece by piece by skilled chefs.
With a wide variety of monthly limited-time specials, you can enjoy authentic Edomae-style sushi in a casual setting.
SUGIDAMA / SAKABAYASHI
We are a casual sushi izakaya that perfectly combines “sushi, sake, and appetizers.”
