A Flexible Shift-work System That Makes It Easy to Balance Work and Private Life
Shifts can be adjusted flexibly, permitting diverse workstyles ranging from two short work days per week to full-time work. Many people continue to work for the long term by changing their workstyles in response to life events, such as continuing their education or giving birth. Our business categories have different business hours, permitting our staff members to choose their work hours according to their lifestyle.
Higher-level Jobs Are Assigned in Accordance with Experience and Ability
Our staff members can broaden the scope of their job significantly according to their experience and ability. We have a Delegated Staff system, under which we delegate a part of a full-time employee’s duties to a part-time staff member, appointing them to take over that employee’s restaurant operation responsibilities during particular hours. Broadening the scope of the job leads to an increase in salary and job satisfaction.

Projects Initiated by Female Restaurant Managers
Our female employees have volunteered to form teams and begun working on projects to apply their unique perspective as women to the improvement of work. In a project aimed at improving customer services, hull-time employees and female part-time workers work together to improve their customer service skills and share the improved skills internally. The active participation of women is enabling all employees to improve their skills.
Building a Work Environment That Is Comfortable for Anyone
At F&LC, we are working to build a work environment that is comfortable for both men and women. We are working to reduce workload and create a workplace culture of mutual praise based on employees’ opinions and the recommendations of the members of the DE&I-related Workshop, which includes diverse human resources.
