Notice of formulation of FOOD & LIFE COMPANIES human rights policy

FOOD & LIFE COMPANIES LTD. (Headquarters: Suita City, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Koichi Mizutome; hereinafter F&LC) is pleased to announce that it has formulated the F&LC Human Rights Policy (hereinafter “this Policy”) based on the “UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights” with reference to the “10 Principles of the UN Global Compact”. Our group aims for a sustainable society and corporate growth. Based on our VISION of “Discovering new tastiness, Sharing moments of joy.”, we believe that solving social issues through our business will lead to sustainable growth. Based on this Policy, which was formulated based on our responsibility to respect human rights in our business activities, we will not only promote the active participation of our human resources and DE&I initiatives, but also work to respect the human rights of a wide range of stakeholders (employees, customers, local communities, suppliers and business partners).
