F&LC Expansion: International Business Reaches 300 Stores – Driving Sustainable Growth Through Directly Operated Stores to Bring the Joy of Sushi to the World and the Future –

FOOD & LIFE COMPANIES LTD. F&LC is scheduled to launch its first kaiten sushi restaurant SUSHIRO in the United States in the fall of 2026. Furthermore, we will drive further international expansion toward achieving our “FY35 Vision,” which targets “net sales of 1 trillion yen or more, with an International Business sales ratio of 55%.” Centered on SUSHIRO, which has maintained the No. 1 position in annual net sales in Japan’s kaiten sushi industry for 14 consecutive years (*2), and leveraging our experience from operating locations at the Dubai Expo and the Osaka-Kansai Expo, we will continue to connect the joy of sushi from Japan to the world, and into the future.
